Ford had abetter
idea!It
was called aGALAXIE!

The following pages represent our 2nd Galaxie Club Nationals in Branson Missouri July 31st thru August 2nd 1998. These pictures are a compilation of a number of members efforts. I would like to thank Dan Montana, Jeff Kanter, Ted McMurray, Wayne and Diane Schaus for taking and sending in the pictures they did. There were a total of 51 Galaxies that gathered for this fine event. The weather was somewhat cool for this time of year due to overcast days, and it rained early in the morning the day of the show. My wife and I had a great time and enjoyed visiting and meeting with the members who came. It is great to put faces to names and voices. Ted gave me a ride in "Dad's Boat" and my back was recovering for two weeks afterward! (Ted, will you build me a set up like that for my 64 wagon?) Larry Plasters, "Auto Krafters" race car was quite a unique display. Thanks Larry for bringing that fine example as far as you did! The banquet was great, (Thanks Maroni!) and we expect to have another one next year, though we are going to use a park with shade for the show. Anyhow, a site like this takes many hours to put together, so those of you that have been patiently waiting....enjoy!
