I am retired from Law Enforcement. I had a '65 Ford Galaxie 500-XL Convertible when I was 25. It was the most enjoyable car I had have ever owned. '65's are hard to find, especially in a convertible. I found one on the Internet, but it needed work and lots of it. I bought it for $7500 in Ohio and had to pick it up. Now it is/can be a daily driver (new top) IlLove the car. It still needs some mechanical work but runs great now. Mine was a 289 500-XL. This is a 352 500. A little different but basically the same car. I intend to forward a picture or two or three of the car (soon). It is an eye catcher.
