William
It is with great sadness,
that I have to announce the passing of the Founder of The Ford Galaxie Club of America. William "Bill" Barber, age 79, passed away on September 26, 2003 of natural causes at Highland Manor in Mesquite, Nevada. 30 years ago Bill and Pat started the Ford Galaxie Club of America. He was also a Navy veteran of World War II and the Korean War and was an active member of Calvary Community Church, The VFW, American Legion and the National Rifle Association. He will be missed by many of our members who knew him the first 13 years of the clubs existence.

Survivors are his wife of 48 years, Patricia of Overton as well as two sons, William and Gary, and a daughter Tammy. He is also survived by his brother, Dr. Charles Barber of Pennsylvania as well as eight grandchildren and two great grand children.
