| Please let me introduce myself first: I am Marc Veenhuis. I'm 37 years old and happily married to Ingrid, we have a nine year old son called Devon, and we love American classic cars, specially the Ford Galaxie cars. But because I've got a very painfull bone disease, every move I make hurts a lot, so I have to stay at home a lot. I spend a lot of time at home and I love cars, so a few years ago I started my hobby; collecting car emblems and ornaments, it's a very unusual hobby, but I like it very much, our son helped mounting them on the wall. He loves American cars, too. I collected 1476 different car emblems so far, but I haven't got a Ford Galaxie car emblem yet. Maybe you've got an old emblem left somewhere, maybe an old or slightly damaged one you don't use anymore. Will you please send it to me? I will be so happy receiving a Ford Galaxie emblem for my collection, this hobby is the only thing I do because I'm handicapt, but I like it very much because I love American cars, as you can see on the picture included. I collected a lot of special emblems. TVR, Lotus, Holden, Lexus, Studebaker, Corvette, Chevy Corvair, Jaguar, AMC, Jeep, Morris, Jensen, Checker, MG, Porsche, Shelby, Buick, Marcos, Maserati, etc. and even an Aston Marton emblem. I hope you will help me with my collection, of course it doesn't have to be like new, a very old one will be perfect. Or maybe if it's possible you can place my request in your club magazine so maybe members can react to my request.... Here in Holland you don't see much classic US cars, that's a shame.
